With her vibrant and bubbly personality and raunchy image, this fierce female emcee reppin’ Queens, NY is the next big thing coming out of the borough. Only 23 years old, Jennaske has already made a name for herself on social media accumulating over 300K following with her IG skits and occasionally uploading her fiery freestyling videos dropping those gutty bars on her timeline. “Big Skee” rose to prominence as a background dancer for NYC rapper Desiigner after releasing a video of her online dancing to “Panda.”
She has also appeared in music videos for Rotimi featuringT.I, and 50 Cent, as well as DJ Envy featuring DJ Stink and Fetty Wap.
As a Queens native with Haitian heritage, Jennaske is ready to prove to the rap world she has what it takes that she got next as the next prominent female emcee out of the Queens borough being very talented and no doubt one of the illest to ever do it. With big shoes to fill, Queens has brought forth a lot of heavyweight rappers like Run DMC, LL Cool J, Nas, and G-Unit rapper 50 Cent; the female emcees were holding their own in the early ‘80s and ’90s slaying the Hip Hop game with their consistent flow and resolute lyrics. With names like Roxanne Shante from Queensbridge Projects, The Lady of Rage and Antoinette are few female trailblazers from Queens. Today with names like Awkwafina a rapper of Chinese and Korean descent who hails from the Forest Hills area of Queens and one of the most popular female rappers currently in the game Nicki Minaj who grew up in Jamaica (Queens), is known for her rapid-fire delivery of lyrics and alter egos.
Jennaske is hard not to notice with her provocative, blunt, jovial, and goofy persona. Jennaske’s talent doesn’t stop there, and the energetic and passionate dancer released a few tracks like “Imma Be The One” and “Pull Up,” which shows her versatility and range with music. No doubt she’s the next big thing from Queens to keep our eyes on.
